A few years ago Huntington bought First Merritt bank. Told me that I didn't need to do anything. They would handle my S.S. deposit. But the first stimulus check came in paper form. Is the same thing going to happen again? That's not handing it!

A little more convenient than keeping your money buried in the back yard, but not much more.

They never answer the phone even when they are open guess they don't get paid enough for that job

The staff at London Huntington is incredible. A financial mishap occurred prior to coming to the London branch, which had me confused and concerned. I had attempted to solve the problem at a Columbus branch and was treated as a number and dismissed. The ladies here at London not only immediately worked diligently the fix the problem, but were kind, caring, personable, and understanding of my concerns. They went out of their way to explain the situation and to assure me the mishap would be corrected. Huntington bank is very fortunate to have such great representation in London, Ohio and the Columbus branches could brush up on their customer service skills by taking note of how The London branch operates.

It's always beyond crowded here, need more staffing I got stuck in the parking lot for 15 minutes because the drive thru line was not moving and I was just trying to leave after going into the bank
