Huntington Bank Lakeview Dr, Beavercreek

There is a lady in the Beavercreek branch and EVERYTIME I have to deal with her she is so extremely rude and unhelpful!! The one time I went to open an account and the staff had me sit in the lobby and wait for 35 minutes. Then when she finally called me in her office she said she couldnt help me she was going to lunch and I'd have to make an appointment. This branch is SO poorly ran. I will be searching for a local credit union! Tired of their unprofessional staff!!!!

I wish I could give negative stars. I have never had a positive experience with any in-store visit at Huntington. My sister and I use to go to the one in Xenia, OH and they never had the correct staffing to meet my needs. When I went to the one in Beavercreek, my experience was no different. After two phone-calls and time spent on hold my issue was never resolved. I am trying to move to a different bank and they are making it very difficult.

The lady’s at Huntington always greet me with a smile. They always do there best to help. My husband and I were stuck at the ATM with problems and after hours in there car they told me what to do with a smile. I got my husbands card the next day and with in 2 days we got out $ we were depositing. Thank you!

Worst bank ever. Would trust my money with a junkie before this bank. Wouldn't cash a check from their own bank. Gave me the run around. The bank manager told me I'd be better to go to walmWal to cash. The entire experience let a bad taste in my mouth

Can't setup online banking...online. You have to make an appointment to have someone do it for you. This is ridiculous! Will be closing all my accounts and going somewhere else.

I agree, this is the best bank I have ever been to. It has nothing but excellent service. It's employees are some of the nicest people. From Josh the managers to the tellers (Ashely, Kaitlyn, and Benjamin) everyone makes me feel welcome . Every time I go in I leave with a smile. This location will continue to have my business. I highly recommend this bank.

Good bank, HORRIBLE branch. Branch manager has an attitude, doesn't truly care about customers, gives misinformation and is short staffed. overall negative experience every time I go to this branch! Go to the branch On W Siebenthaler Ave instead. It's further out but it's worth the drive.

I wish I could give negative stars. The staff steal from their customers. Please, always ask for a reciept and count your money before leaving. They have stolen money from multiple people, but their "drawers" are always even. I am switching banks soon.

You guys have horrible customer service. Like your app doesn’t work half the time and the other half I have to drive up there just to transfer money. I’m highly disappointed and this keeps wasting more of my time and money. Fix it or I will leave honestly!!!!

No further information was provided about why a banker wasn't available at 4 pm on a Monday. Very frustrating.
