Huntington Bank N County Line St, Fostoria

I have been banking at this location for the last 5 years. I have NEVER had an ill experience with the tellers. They are always so very welcoming and call me by my name every time I go. However; the financial manager responsible for helping you get into a home loan is far from reliable. When purchasing our home back in 2016 we were asked if we would consider Huntington for the loan by an officer there. We agreed we would and she gave us the loan officers info. We called multiple time and emailed with no response. Fast forward to the present day...about three weeks ago I was called by Debbie (a teller) asking me how me and my family have been during the pandemic and also asked if we would be interested in refinancing our home with Huntington. I responded...why yes I would consider it if the loan officer would every respond to me. Debbie was a bit taken back by my response and said she would personally tell her to get in touch with me. Last week while I was making a deposit at the drive thru, Debbie made sure to check in with me if I had ever gotten a call from the loan officer. Which I have not. Debbie looked a wee bit annoyed as she should be. The loan officer is my ONLY complaint about this branch. HEY HUNTINGTON...IM INTERESTED IN LEARNING HOW I CAN REFINANCE MY HOME LOAN. I’ll be shocked if I get a response from this.

When I worked in Fostoria, our business banked here! The ladies are so friendly! They knew me by name within a couple trips, and were always so genuinely friendly!

This bank is horrible for 1dollar this bank charged me over 3 hundred dollars. When I called to dispute it they was only willing to take 75 dollars off when there shouldn't have been no fees anyway. NEVER BANK WITH HUNTINGTON. I know I won't ever again.

They should be more accommodating to people trying to open a bank account. Lady didn't even know if they had pamphlets about their business accounts and never brought me one anyways. Not a good first impression about their professionalism or accommodation of legitimate potential clientele.

Workers are friendly. They always have something to offer. Fixes my issues very fast. Atm 90 degree turn is a pain.

The service is very good but the drive-thru lane for the ATM requires a very tight turn.

Again another very friendly huntington bank Arrived yesterday 3 min after lobby closed was still able to walk in Tell did not act rushed took time to help with my transaction.

Drive through was very polite, cheerful and couteous.
