Uses the disguise of covid to lay off workers to answer phones yet takes that money and buys TFC bank. All while people like me spend weeks trying to talk to someone about a scam and gets charges hundreds of fees from a international ach I tried to stop. So. Bye bye afte 10 years with citizens first merit and now Huntington. This is the last merger I will stand by this bank

I waited 35 minutes WITH MY PAID AIDE! To open a checking account. When I arrived she said 15 minutes, after watiting 35 minutes I was told that there was a previous appointment that just arrived and thet had no time to assist me. So basically it cost me to get nothing accomplished.

I am a business customer with them, and I have tried for hours now for them to get the process started to sign off on a lein against a bus (dating back to 2006). Absolutely horrible customer service!

Waiting on two phone calls to get help. Over 35 minutes. Ridiculous customer service.

I've cashed my checks here for two years without an account, they charged me $10 a check, totaling about $500 in cashing fees. Today I went to cash my federal income check and was refused service. I understand that I'm not a member but you had no problem taking my $10 when the check was through you guys. Wich only leaves me more bitter about banking than I've ever been. I understand that I'm not a member and also understand the fee, but to not accept a check from the federal government is just outright ridiculous, from now on I will be going elsewhere to cash my checks. I will no longer be conducting business at this establishment.

Between the Stand by cash, 24 hour over draft protection, no charge for overdraft under $50 , and early pay…. no other branch offers so many benefits for their customer!!

ID theft is real! Did you have the required proof of identidy. Appears as if scammers, criminals have no problem these days, getting into accounts. Just SAYING!! Open an account and make it your BANK, then be grateful they ask for ID.
