Literally have had nothing but bad luck with this bank. One thing after another. I lost my card, had to go in to order another, and they sent me the same card. Why would you send the same card with the same numbers, when I lost the original? How much sense does that make!!

Branch manager sent me a broken pen in pieces through the drive through and when I mentioned it he chuckled. Took 15+ minutes for a $108 withdrawal. Lolololololol expected more out of Northville but that will be my last visit to this joke of a branch. Lead teller service manager assistant Vice President CEO was actually pretty nice, just extremely slow.

I have had multiple poor experiences here. Poor customer service and management follow up, even regarding serious matters. Would not recommend to anyone, ever.
