Huntington Bank 124th Ave, Coon Rapids

The chip in my debit card has broken 3 times in the last year. I can deal with the terrible customer service but they need to at least be open on Sunday so I can swap cards. My card broke on a Sunday and now I’m just out of luck. Also, the new ATM’s you added are the worse thing I’ve ever seen. It is nearly impossible to deposit cash in those things. Bring TCF back, Huntington stinks. Update: They no longer swap cards on the spot like TCF did. At least then you could get an instant replacement. Now you have to wait 3-5 days for them to send you one. This is completely irresponsible with how unreliable their cards are. Do yourself a favor and switch banks, I know I will be.

Customer service is awful! The bank manager is rude and as soon as you call this location they put you on hold for a while, they tell you they prioritize in bank customers more than over the phone customers, the bank manager is never there, whenever you call they tell you that they’ll have the manager call back and you never receive a call back! DONT BANK HERE! They play to much and give you the run around!

How long do people need to wait on a Saturday morning. ATM is broken. Line out the door. Time to find a new bank.

The ATM is STILL broken?! I'm just gonna go back to Village Ten Cub Foods & use their WORKING ATM! Also, the Saturday hours? Hope you can get there fast!!

This bank, if you want to call it that, is the absolute WORST!!! NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND HEADACHES!!! I'M OUT OF HERE!!!! If I could give it negative stars I would!

How to switch banks: 1. Open an account at another bank. 2. Transfer your funds to the new bank. 3. Wait a few weeks to make sure it's working. 4. Close the accounts at the old bank. 45 minutes to get cash. No joke. I haven't received my card in the mail yet. It's been 3 months.

Absolutley horrible experience. Used the ATM to deposit funds of $2100.00 and the machine malfunctioned right after I deposited this amount. Locked on a screen that said delay in depositing money - money stays in (or something close to this) then the screen froze and locked my card. After a few minutes gave it back but then started over. Never spit out my money, never a reciept. And now over 2 weeks with customer service they are trying to close my case saying there was no extra money in there - I have gone to the attorney general, better business bureau- there phone customer service is absolutly the worst ever. No direct line to contact, no names of people you are working with - lies on call backs and messages which never happen. Again trying to close my case with out providing the video footage or survalance. I went through all the steps and just getting expected to brush off. I will take with also to the local news because I have hundreds of people stateing they too have had horrible service and outcomes from this institution.

Went in, while there was a line, it moved quickly. Deb helped me and then put me in touch with Kyle who was great. He was able to resolve all of my concerns and even followed up with me afterwards.

this is the most garbage bank on earth. Do not create an account here if you value your time or money.

Only open 3 hours on Saturday and their ATM is broken. I hate this new bank. Worst bank ever
