I visited the Huntington Bank on Allisonville 7/11/2020 and the blonde short haired lady with glasses was very rude. My Mother is an elderly lady and I take of her financial needs I withdrew money from the ATM outside as I do every month for her(at other Huntington Banks) and went inside to get change that's when she stopped me at the door and told me if my Mother was not in the car with me she could not give me change that's a lie! I've never had any problems at any other Huntington will not visit this location again!

Always professional, always pleasant and always know the answers to the banking questions no matter how difficult these questions are. And they usually know your name after you've been there a few times. (Can't wait until the lobby opens up again though, but I cannot blame the virus on them.)

I’m disappointed. My only day off I come to the bank to make a deposit and create a savings account and Brian says he is not available until tomorrow and no one is outside except me. It’s lazy and rude he had the time to help me.

Have banked here for years. Went in on a Saturday to talk to a guy in the office. Terrible customer service and made no effort to help.

This Huntington Bank branch is the best bank in the city. The management and staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The branch manager, Mrs. Alana Shane, is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs.

HOW U HAVE TWO LANES OPEN AND STULL SLOW!??!! OMGGGGG!! 5:00 plus mins waiting!!! All I want to do is deposit a check that ATM wouldn’t take it!!!! I WOULD NEVER!!!🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
