Huntington Bank S High St, Columbus

I have 3 different accounts at other Banking Institutions and have banked with this Huntington branch for over 10 years. The staff is friendly and willing to help me with any issues I may have. They offer free notary services for account holders which help my legal business transactions go alot smoother. I have never noticed any of the issues in the below reviews. Due to COVID, the limited staff does a great job of keeping the property clean and as safe as possible. It has nothing to do with how Huntington Branch Managers value their employees, it has more to do with good business practices. In my opinion, this branch is not located on the best side of town!! Alot of the issues with the outside ATM's are due to the people that are in the area. The bank employees are not trying to break into the machines, nor are they responsible for the idiots that are trying to rob the branch. Police officers are needed now more than ever on the streets, not sitting in a bank lobby waiting for what could happen...Unfortunately, this is the world we live in now!!

This is the bank I decided to go with. I like it better then all of the other selections. Locations ain't bad or hard to find and never hard to fix a issue if I end up with one, their right on top of the problem instantly and correct any wrong doing. I plan to keep banking with this company for years to come as well as also referring anyone who is in need of great banking. If u need a bank account, look no further, here is the winner every time

This is one of the crappiest Huntington Banks I ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their Atm machines are always having issues, not being able to withdraw cash out of either ATMs, or making Deposits on numerous occasions and dealing with long lines just to withdraw cash is ridiculous.

Why is it that almost every single time I go to get MY MONEY out of the atm there is none? I have to drive way out of my way to get cash out? Chase bank across the street is looking like a better option and this is coming from someone who has had an account with Huntington for the past 17 years but I think it’s time to go.... and my mother and brother plan to come with me!

Horrible slow service. Came to see personal banker. Only one on the floor. Some other lady in her back office watching. Waited nearly an hour to see banker. Obviously they could not see the other 6 people in the lobby seats waiting to see personal banker and have someone come and help the poor guy that was alone at the desk. 2 other banker desks sitting empty.... Slowest service of any huntington branch so far.....

The staff and manager here have all been so incredibly kind and helpful. Even when they were overwhelmed they made sure everyone was acknowledged and they gave service as fast as possible. Thank you!

I am not an account holder with Huntington however a good friend of mine is. On numerous occasions I transport my friend to the bank and will often accompany her into the bank other times I will wait in my car. During my visits to this location I have always experienced great professionalism from the staff. What I find alarming about this location is what I have observed on numerous occasions. I noticed bank employees (tellers, bankers etc) cleaning/picking up debris in the parking lot and grassy areas. I found this very odd and somewhat potentially very dangerous. I inquired and was informed this is what is expected of them at this location. I noticed on the news a few weeks or so ago this exact location had been robbed. Not only does it look bad in my opinion to have bank employees on trash duty in the parking lot but it would seem to me this practice could lead to a very dangerous situation for the employees in many different ways... creating easy access to bank employees for upset violent customers, potential injury, hostage etc. This action of Huntington Bank makes me question the way the company values their employees and their safety. If the company treats their employees with this much ill concern how concerned would they be for my best interest? The star rating I have given is in reference to the professional and very friendly staff of this location. In my opinion the Huntington upper management should revisit the "Grounds Keeping" methods of their branches.

I use to love the drive thru here because it was never crowded. I have not liked Huntington since 2005...horrible banking experience and i only go here now to deposit money into someone elses account and not my own. Horrible lines here. The personal bankers are young and act like its their own money that your making a transaction with. The drive thru only has one teller no matter what time of day it is. And now they dont use deposit tickets inside. Kudos Huntington Bank!

I just moved from Southern California to Ohio to go to OSU for dual masters degrees. I came in and saw Jason Riddle. He was extremely polite and helpful. He helped get me my documents for my birth certificate notarized and even helped me scan documents and email them to me. This saved me a lot of hassle and time and money. I offered to pay but he said he was just doing his job. I received great service and I can't recommend huntington more highly. Remember to see Jason.

This is the Huntington closest to my house, the ATMS never work. Its the most inconvenient situation!! :(
