Huntington Bank Trinity Pl, Washington

I've been banking with Huntington since 2014. The staff at Washington is great: courteous, helpful and professional. The hours are convenient. They have been helpful especially during the COVID challenges. I love the app.

TERRIBLE BANK. They refuse to look into direct deposit issues and have proven to me that it wasnt an issue on my side. Every other week it's a struggle for me to get paid. As if earning my check wasn't enough, I have to jump through hoops to get my deposit to clear. And then they charge me $350 in overdraft fees and are rude about it when I call about my direct deposit that will clear those fees. This bank doesn't want your business. They are already too busy with the few remaining customers they have tricked into staying.

Been doing business banking with this branch now for about 4 months. Tellers say hello and have a conversation with you while your'e there which is very personable to me. This branch reminds me of the credit union where I do personal banking. I appreciate the personal touch.

Every branch seems to run differently and the extreme rudeness the of teller who couldn’t cash my check that is issued by Huntington really throws me off. This is the reason why I left and will recommend to my company about this issue.

I think Wei Ming is one of the nicest most competent people I've ever dealt with in banking. Extremely. polite, she is ALWAYS super helpful. I am lucky to have her as my banker.

They placed a 7 day hold on a check that is preventing me from paying my rent on time. They could easily verify the funds are available. I've been with them for several years and will be making a switch after this. There is absolutely no reason for them to hold the check beyond the standard 3 days.

We have been with this bank for about 5 years, and it is horrible. They have the worst customer service, the employees are disrespectful and rude. They seem to forget that WE are the customers. We have dealt with their rudeness for years, and we are fed-up with them. We will be switching to another bank. Please don't waste your time on them, it's not worth it!

Wai Ming is literally the rudest person I've ever encountered! I called after my banking info was stolen to inquire where my card was and when my refunds would be processed, she was VERY condescending in her tone and literally told me when I could speak. I asked her to please stop using that time when speaking with me and she HUNG UP! I called back and spoke with Shelby Henry and her excuse was "she didn't understand you"

The absolute worst bank to deal with. Terrible insincere customer service. Put your money in a reputable bank, not this shady organization.
