Huntington Bank Vine St, Cincinnati

I was getting charged $25 a month because of the type of account I had (I didn’t know it would charge you if you dropped below 25k). They changed my account and reimbursed 3/5 charges. They were very helpful and I appreciate them taking care of me.

I'm confused by some of the recent mixed reviews here. I have always received 5 star service at this Huntington Bank. Moreover, the new branch manager Mike has provided exceptional service to my business since Day 1. They have never failed to go above and beyond in my weekly encounters. Super professional. Super helpful. Always friendly.

Worse bank ever to bank with always wait to take money from account always having a overdraft and not to mention go to cash my check they system is always having issues switching to another bank asap.

I have always had a delightful experience at this branch.

Find another bank. Customer service isn't worth a thing to these folks.

I went here to get a car loan statement as they are not available online. The person waiting on me had no clue how to get this statement and I even had the account number. She had to get another worker to do it. Then I asked if the payoff amount online was correct and she had no idea. I was confused why the bank would have someone with such little knowledge greeting customers.

Jeff Chandler Jr. at the security desk inside was amazing, and I felt really welcome after being given terrible directions by someone else. He went out of his way to get me to where I needed which was the small business association and made it in the nick thanks to his consideration. As person of lgbtqia being I always say ask if you need any assistance.

Best branch in Cincinnati. Everyone is so friendly and I always feel taken care of here.
