Huntington Bank S Saginaw St, Grand Blanc

The manager of the grand Blanc branch, refused my handicap father service Because he was unable to get out of the car and go inside the branch he is a double amputee that just got out of physical therapy and did not have the strength that day. She told me to put him on my back and carry him in, he requires a back brace to support his body’s weight.that week They canceled his debit card without letting him know making it impossible for him to pay his at home nurse as well as his utilities and get food which is what forced us to have to go to the bank that day. I called and filed a complaint. Three days later my father received a call from adult protective services saying that I was robbing him, and the bank manager reported me to the police. He told adult protective services He asked me to do these things because he was not strong enough to hold a pen due to the necrotizing fasciitis attacking his body and he was present at each time a deposit or withdraw was made and I am his POA. I contacted the person that was handling my first complaint and told them what was going on they contacted the bank manager and she said she never did that. I contacted my father‘s social worker and they gave me the number of the report filed and the bank said they Well not contacts APS or the police to find out if she did this even though I gave them report numbers And her name is clearly stated on it. This person is dangerous to customers financially ,emotionally and legally. Please Go to another branch or leave the bank. She attacked a man who just lost his wife both his legs and served his country because she was mad she got in trouble.

It is painful to go to this bank. The employees there are fine but they are so understaffed that everyone suffers. I have had three business accounts there for ten years. Shame on me for not switching but difficult with the business accounts.businessaccounts.

Hello everybody, Today 03/05/2021 around 8:30 I went to the ATM of Huntington bank at Grand Bland at ( Address: 11425 S Saginaw St, Grand Blanc, MI 48439 ) and I withdrew some money. My card stuck inside the ATM machine, so I talked to one lady who was inside the bank through the glass and she told me to wait till 9:00 when they will open. When they opened, she told me she can't give my my card back because my name was not the on card. The card is for my business. I asked her to what do I need to do. She I have to call my card issuer to talk to them. I did. Then she left me on call with the card issuer who wanted to talk for more than 10 minutes. I asked to see a manager and I figured out that she was in her office and her name is Rachael. I entered her office explaining to her what she already knew and my card issuer was on the speaker and she refused to talk to him. Not only that but she yelled at me and ordered me to leave. I told her I need my card or a proof showing that my card is in their position she told me that she will not give me the card or provide me with any kind of evidence that they have the card. I asked her why then you told me to call the financial institution that issued the card when you intended not to talk to them. She yelled at me and ordered me to leave again. I called 911 to show me what to do. You never imagine what happened, she called the police on me!!! When the cops, two gentlemen, came, they asked what has happed and I explained to them the incident. They asked why she didn't give me the card, she replied that is their policy. The police took my info. and I asked him for his card and he gave it to me and promised he will call my card issuer to block it and issue me a new one. She showed the cops that card on her hand and when I just looked at the card, she pulled her hand in a way that indicated that as if I would jump on and pilled the card. Her name was Rachel and she is the branch manager I think. The other staffer her name was Lind. Lind was mean but quiet, however Rachel was absolutely incompetent and unprofessional, with zero problem solving capabilities and she lacks any managerial skills It awful experience and what on Earth these kind of desperate employees are on the job when highly educated and talented people are for jobs! I never recommend this bank to any body. I talked to one customer of this bank and she told me she never hated any one in her life except this Huntington bank and its employees. I will give this bank and the so-called manager Rachel (negative) Star if there is a negative star in evaluation. I have no way but to pick a star to have my posting go through. Really I do not believe that this bank and the manager Rachel should have any rating even a negative one.

This branch goes through staff like a normal person goes through socks. Between my wife and I and teenage sons we HAD seven accounts at this branch. I say had because I will be taking every penny of mine out of this bank first thing in the morning. If you actually have to go inside to do any banking be prepared to wait forever. Enough is enough. I went in today to open an account for my 16 year old son. In typical form for this branch we waited 25+ minutes for the banker to finish with her previous customer. She then walked by us and said it would be just a minute. She then went into a closed office. Within 3 minutes she opened the door and spoke with a teller. That teller then walked over to me and said I would need to make an appointment as it would be quite a while until she would be available. Too many banks to be treated this poorly.

Worst experience I’ve had with Huntington bank. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through then waited another 10 min after getting to the window just for my quick deposit, then the girl had an attitude with me

The banking team at the Grand Blanc S. Saginaw St. branch is professional, courteous and friendly. I appreciate their dedication to customer service. Huntington has a wide array of banking services and loan products available to individuals and businesses.

Why does the ATM only dispense $20 bills? The ones in Flint dispense a variety (5, 10, 20, 50) and the units look exactly the same. That’s not excellent service.

Zero stars! This branch is very unorganized. I opened a joint account with my husband here after moving to the neighborhood. One day I deposited money into my account and went to use it to pay for something and to my horror the money was gone. Right away I was made to look like I didn't know what I was talking about and just another unhappy customer, however in all my years of banking, I have never had to worry about a bank loosing my money as they proceeded to deny and place the blame on me. One of the tellers even told me that I should have kept my receipt from my deposit because that was the only proof they had!!? I repeatedly called customer service, went into the branch and asked where my money was, i was told "Am I sure I made the deposit at this branch? " I complained and asked that they check the carport cameras, they finally found the funds and proceeded to say my account was frozen because the I.D I provided was not sufficient enough!?! I was recently married and my maiden name still appears on SOME of my I.D while I wait for my updated I.D. They closed our account while I was out of town and didn't inform us of that. I believe they have committed a number of errors and tried to hide it by immediately closing our account. No one acknowledged me when I entered the bank as they were all too busy, a man ahead of me complained that they were supposed to have wired a substantial amount of money for business purposes to be transferred on time and now because of the banks errors he was charged fees! it was a clear indicator to me that this bank was not careful with people's hard earned money. My husband has had repeated situations with lack of customer service and support. I have witnessed on a few occasions people being treated like a number here and the responses by the tellers continues to be robotic .. "There is nothing we can do ma'am" We have other accounts with huntington bank and because of this we will be closing those as well and taking our business elsewhere. I implore you to please take your business elsewhere because they will ignore you, provide very slow service no matter how many tellers are on at the time and worst of all they will loose your money.

Slow service, more than 20 minutes waiting on teller. Seems to be going on her phone and ignoring the customers requests.

Not impressed with the bank overall but Mikelle (I probably slaughtered that spelling google wouldn't help me) was very helpful and nice. Which is a good change cause I usually get someone rude when I call.
