Huntington Bank W 86th St, Indianapolis

My fiance told me to go open an account to put my settlement money in because he bank here. Let's just say no thanks came here young lady at the bank took me to the office, then said she couldn't open an account for me unless I had a utility bill with my name on it. My fiance pay all bills but I have mail and everything proving I live here. Her attitude was not even worth the hassle. I leave to go to bank of America and had no problems even they were blown by the having to have a utility bill. Maybe her phone had more of her attention then her actual job. However I truly believe it was my skin color my fiance changed banks after this because he feels the same about why I wasn't taken care of.

On this day. ....I called to work on a payment that I needed to finish off ..When I called to let know of this and I would like start a new account...The Representative told me...You can make your payment but you can't come in to start a new account and we don't want you here at my bank!!...First off When did He own the Huntington Co.and to tell me I can't do business with them...No!!! I want him fired ...and not be at Any Bank....From the city and state of Indianapolis Indiana to anywhere else,.and if he has a problem with my Skin Color....then really get rid of him and anyone else in the branch of 86th St. and Willow Lake👹

This used to be my dad and I favorite branch. Today we came in to get help on our paid off loan that we didn’t get documentation for. The teller was very unpleasant and made us feel stupid. He got all we said wrong because he cut us off. We’re never going there again.

The ATM there is always having issues. The night before I deposited cash and it just took my cash and did not put it in my account! It would not give me my card back either!

Very polite and professional. I've haven't had any issues, I totally recommend this bank to anyone.

Very unpleasant experience with a teller. I have had my account with Huntington for years, but it seems as soon as you attempt to withdrawal a large amount of cash as a gift for your father, you’re suddenly a criminal; or at least made to feel that way. Another loyal customer lost

Chad E. Pittman was the reason we closed our account. Horrible customer service along with the lack of knowledge to complete a simple bank wire. I wan't planning on writing this review until recently, when I heard about another Huntington branch banker, who called the cops on an African American man while he was simply trying to cash his check. They handcuffed him and escorted out of the branch completely degrading him all because they thought he was a criminal due to the color of his skin. Im not sure why this bank hires racist/incompetent bankers, but its time the public is aware of these practices, so they can make smart decisions on who they choose to bank with

Very nice and helpful tellers, as well as the loan officer/management staff. I havent had an issue in the 20 years banking with this company or with any of the branches I have used.

I luv going to this bank! Very nice people. Only branch that I like going to in Indianapolis! Very helpful people, kind and professional!
