Huntington Bank Bethel Rd, Columbus

It used to be my branch to go. Until everytime I go there and ask the branch manager about, he seems to forget quite often. It's not a good place to do business

My husband is a long time Huntington Bank customer. We visited today to seek counseling for a business need. We sat down for at least 10 minutes without being greeted which was not a problem because they were busy. After a little while, one of the employees at the counter, called us and asked us what was our need. This lady did not even mind to ask for our names or if we were already customers or anything. She went ahead and started the conversation right there without even allowing us to have a private conversation. We felt so uncomfortable. She ended the conversation by saying that the only person who could help us was her manager who was out of town until tomorrow. There were tons of opportunities to show the customers are truly valued. She absolutely did not care. We ended up going to another branch were a nice and amazing banker treated us with respect and allowed us to share our needs. Let’s don’t forget that true customer services lays on showing true empathy and true care.

Horrible customer service the Worst Huntington bank ever I don’t know why I’m still a customer. It’s because all other Huntington banks I go too are way better. Time to close that one down

Customer service was nice. But the wait time was too much. I had to wait for 30 mins to speak with a banker on a Saturday morning. Other than that, everything was fine.

Long wait inside teller rude only one working front one in drive thru 3rd one doing nothing but being a Walmart greeter only come here if it a emergency and use ATM as much as possible it has better customer service then ppl inside and that make me sad

Friendly staff but set up to fail. Their hours are terrible and they only have one line for drive up. They are literally only open three hours a day five days a week. terrible. Takes a good 20 minutes just withdraw from the teller. Which you have to do because Huntington only let you withdraw $400 per day.

Why can't I give 0 or negative star !!! Made a payment via check with account number clearly labeled on the check and they still messed it up and posted to the wrong account!!! Now I'm on the phone waiting to talk to a 4th person ... they kept transferring me around.

This place is another joke. Huntington banks have slide down the pole.I have slowly been getting my money out

I have never had a problem here. The people at the drive through are incredibly nice.

The worst bank for sure I need my money we don't have cash
