Huntington Bank Bay Rd, Saginaw

My father passed and I've been trying to close his accounts for months. Every time I go to the branch, they tell me the accounts are closed. Then I get another bill for a PCL with a $0 balance for interest charges on that $0 balance. 4 trips and counting. Apparently no one at the branch can close an account or call you back. Headed back for trip 5 tomorrow. Maybe sometime before the anniversary of his passing they will actually be able to do their jobs and close the account.

These guys are great, also the ATM will do small amounts. First of all if you're reading the other reviews, the one by the guy named Clone Wars... This Huntington is inside a Meijer it does not have any tubes. The staff here is always courteous and pleasant and sometimes they are busy but I have never had a bad experience here. I would prefer to deal with this Huntington over the one on Washington avenue any day of the week, Washington has a few nice people in it but they've got some absolutely horrible ones working the window and there's always a line there. If you want a good experience at Huntington go here. They actually answer the phone... Very nice.

They would get zero stars. Huntington Bank members. I just had someone else’s money sent to me through the tube. Now I’ve been telling my wife to get rid of the bank. First u sit there for 15-20 minutes to do your transactions because they don’t keep deposit or withdrawal slips in the tubes, they finally made my wife’s decision buy sending us $400.00 of the Mans money that was next to us. Now if I was a criminal I would have just waited for my money to come through and drive off with an extra 400$. This bank is pathetic.

This is the worst Huntington in saginaw! Workers dont know anything but will act like they do to rush you out, also are rude & even when you have an appointment you're gonna have to wait at least 30 minutes. 0/5 but i had to give a star.

Went to open an account for a new business and worked with Veronica, she made the process extremely easy and she was very professional. I would recommend Huntington Banking for all of your business needs!

The staff here is great! I always have a pleasant experience with them with our business banking. People will usually always post a review when they find the negative. We need to find the positive in this already negative world. This is a busy branch and the staff works at break-neck speed constantly!

I dread every time I have to go into this bank! Despite my company filing with the state for our program “to do business as” so checks can be written in care of our program, and be deposited into the company’s checking account, this bank still refuses to allow us to deposit funds into our own business account, costing us time and money. Despite showing proof documents of this from the LARA website, we are still wrangling with this bank. On top of that, one of the officers, Debbie, was rude and unhelpful! At peak business times, they only have one teller up front, while sharing one of two drive thru tellers. I hope when they get bought out by another bank, the new bank gets rid of the management and unfriendly customer policies!

I spend a lot of money with this bank and they just closed all 3 of my accounts for no reason saying I'm high risk and refuse to answer any questions or why, I'm contacting my lawyer. Branch manager at that location was very nice and tried his best to help me and we couldn't get any answers.
