Tellers and managers are all very friendly, but the bank itself needs to upgrade their Commadore 64 computers to pretty much anything they can afford,. Absolutely the slowest processing of any transaction through mobile app or in person at the actual bank,. I have never ever seen anything like this but maybe post stamp and envelope, sad to see how far behind everybody else they are

I used to love this Bank and have referred a few people there staff is normally very friendly. But today's experience has changed my mind.

My experience with Huntington Bank not good kind of sad. I have a son that turned 18 last October. My son dose all his banking there. He has three jobs two part time and one summer full time through the county. My son is trying to establish credit without asking for any help he's been with his first part time job for over a year and a half been saving his money and he's been with his second part time job for over two and a half months in the summertime he does full-time work for the county he saves his money puts it in the bank for safekeeping. We have went to Huntington Bank to see if he can get a loan to establish his credit he has money to buy the vehicle outright but since he's 18 he wants to establish credit Huntington Bank Personnel had told him they sent his app to corporate and they could not give him a small load of $3000 to purchase a vehicle. Huntington Bank personnel said he needs a cosigner but he has all the money he needs to purchase the vehicle but if he does want to buy it outright he will still have no credit he's trying to build himself up, we pleaded with them all they could say is sorry it came from corporate NO . I had asked could I be a cosigner? He asked how's your credit not good let me run your credit will see, sorry you cannot be a cosigner why is that your credit .... Me) that's what I just got done telling you. So every time they check your credit score it goes down down and down so if you really don't need your credit check don't have anyone check it. As for my son went to two other Banks said the same thing that's pretty sad when your own bank Turns You Down thank you Huntington Bank.

Super friendly neighborhood bank. Only down side is that they wont just cash my paycheck. Have to deposiy it and wait until the next day to get money

Worst bank ever. They are never consistent. They have one girl at the front desk named Ashley and she thinks it's funny.

All of the bankers, tellers are amazing. I've been banking here for 7 years. I have all my personal, business accounts and commercial loans here. They've been super helpful with every interaction. I also appreciate the small town feeling when you go into the bank or drive thru and they recognize you and call you by name.

I love huntington bank. If u mess up on adding and overdraw your account and don't usually do it, then they give you 24 hours to fix it. In some cases u can screw up big time and call their 800 number and the people will work with u to get it resolved. My bf overdrew his acct several times so he got several fees. He called the 800 number and they said if u can cover the original money u over spent then they will waive the fees. Saved him over $100 in fees!!! Awesome people!!!

24 hour grace period, NOT!! Have not had a bounced check in many years, short $75 and they returned check anyways--Charged me $37.50 PLUS I'll get bounced check fees from the check that was wrote--DON'T BELIEVE IN THE 24 HOUR GRACE PERIOD! Was told it is at their desecration!

Very Professional Bank never had a problem with the staff always acknowledge me by my first name
