Huntington Bank Dover Center Rd, Bay Village

I am very disappointed with the service that I received at this branch, the investment rep at this branch was very lazy and never called me back as he would promised. Also made up a lie and told me that no one at Huntington could help me cause I lived out of state. Thank goodness for the investment representative at the corporate office. She was helpful and met all my needs immediately. There definitely has to be better training at the branch level cause a bank like Huntington that has such great customer service should have "bad apples" on their team.

Go here all the time and the staff is friendly, remembers regular customer names, and efficient. They are also good at suggesting better interest rates without being pushy.

Worst bank on the planet. These clowns have no clue whats going on, horrible business practices, and they are hands down the WORST.

Great customer service at the drive thru teller. I would give this five stars but exiting the parking lot can be a challenge during busy traffic times. Free candy is a nice touch too and should become a standard at all Huntington bank locations.
