I used hunt mortgage to buy my first home. Sam is Great to work with! He always seems to be there for when you have a question or concern! Even after I bought my house he still answer questions I have! He definitely made sure everything went smooth as possible and I felt comfortable with buying my first home! Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I'm very, very happy with the service that Rob provided! My purchase was a bit of a long shot, and.. as can happen with real estate, there were a couple challenges that came up, but Rob had the skill and persistence to work through it. Because of his experience and talent, everything worked out, and I am now a first time homeowner! I am happy with my mortgage, and will definitely use Rob again in the future! Hunt Mortgage made my first time home buying experience quick, easy to understand, personable yet professional and fun! Because I’m a U.S. Army veteran, my loan officer found extra monetary credits to take off my loan. This ended up with me getting a check for 200 dollars at closing instead of me bringing any money to close! When does that happen! Just Awful . They took 4 months to get the loan approved Not helpful at all ,if you send an email, they will take 1 or 2 weeks to reply. Underwriter Karen ,she is a real life Karen.she will ask for explanation for a obvious thing seems like The Underwriter does not even know what's going on in the world. Just stay away from them if u want save time.

Have never been so impressed with a mortgage company!! Knowledgeable, excellent communication to include phone, text and email. Uploading requested documents was a snap with an immediate review and acknowledgment! I always knew the current status. Knowing I had an upcoming surgery, my closing was scheduled the day before surgery even though it was a holiday and office was actually closed!! I can’t say enough about the handling of the Refi on my home and the smile on my face afterwards!
