    Took almost 2 months to close on property that wasn't having financing, Really!!!! When it came to time for the appointment to close, they didn't read the contract correctly, where the buyer was to pay the full closing cost they had me paying half the the closing cost. They said it was their mistake and they would have to rewrite the closing and reset a new closing date. I replied forget it we need to close as the buyer is ready to move in. You would of thought they would of refunded me the difference but no!!!! I'll never use this company again and the buyer said he wouldn't either. Really not a good experience, not counting all the times I either had to call them or email them to get an update to the closing.
