Hub City Title 66th St, Lubbock

Wow, I understand that there are priorities in every business. I thought that making sure your customers getting there funds would be one of the main ones. Hub city would rather you call them and ask for your money. Then when you do they give you excuses to why they haven't been done. She tried to tell me that THEY had to wait for the money. lol She didn't realize I was a Realtor and an LO and when I told her that the funds had to be in there account 3 days prior to even signing. Then she said well it has to be reviewed and as she was saying this she said oh it says here that no review necessary. She got quite and said I'm sending the money since I have your file right here. I have to admit this is my first and last time with Hub city.

They were very nice ladies in the front desk to help us fill out forms we needed. Clean bright and nice place.

It was convenient & easy to work with them. They kept me and my realtor well informed in every step of procedure. Very friendly & respective staff. Thank you Hub City Title for getting things done the way its supposed to!

I went to my signing today and Lee Williams, President, Owner was totally unprofessional during this COVID crisis. He offered to shake hands, was not wearing a mask and when I addressed that with him he said he was not worried about it. Well , if not worried for himself he should be considerate towards his clients. Do not want to do any other business with inconsiderate people like him.

Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone after Lee Williams and his friend were at a local Steakhouse and called someone the "N word" twice. Man what a great face for the company.

I believe Greg, Lee, & the staff at Hub City Title are amazing. Very professional and they go above & beyond what is expected. In helping with a timely deed issue, Greg pushed things forward & we were able to close sooner than expected. I recommend them to everyone I know.
