With a reference I began my tax returns with this company in 2020. I remember it wasn’t pleasant experience then. I had to call again and again, visit the office a number of times. No phone call or email replay from the company. Anyway I though it was my first experience with them probably next year it might get better. In 2021 I finally picked up my document on18th April 2021, on the last date’s afternoon because I couldn’t bear with the height of irresponsibility, lies and disorganized attitude of Mr. Michael. I visited him a number of times. Every time he would say I will do this at the end of that day or week and would call me. I never heard from him throughout three months. And it’s not only me with me some other people I know went through similar experience. And all have left. Take a chance it’s your turn.

Mike does a great job. He pays attention to detail and is more than willing to answer any questions or give insight wherever he can. I’d recommend his office to anyone.
