Agent Tina Dillon had property listing on dublin road. Listing states property suitable for single family home. 2.65 acres. We almost bought property and found out just in time from town supervisor that you cant build on property that had less than 3 acres. We almost bought a hay field! Agent tried to tell us that sellers had received building permit in the past. So obviously she knew! I contacted office manager who basically tried to say they didnt know.. Buyer beware!! I guess. We were almost swindled out of $30000. We know it was too good to be true!
