With the current times as turbulent as they are, I can rest assured that Howard Bank has my back and is looking out for my best interests. They were able to get my PPP application in as soon as it was available and have been very helpful along the way of navigating these uncharted territories. I have been disappointed with Howard bank several times in the last two years. I have found the tellers to be discourteous and more involved in personal conversations than attending to their job and the needs of their customers. They moved to a location which was incapable of having a drive through option. Not good during a pandemic. The final straw came today when I was told that they charge a fee to write out checks from a maturing CD if that check is not to me. They are charging ME to give ME back my OWN money. It certainly makes one wonder the financial stability of a bank. Needless to say, I will have no further dealings with Howard bank.
