I went to open an account and I had a excellent experience with Vanessa and the Tellers that assisted me. I had no interaction with the Managers. The security guard was very nice. However, I did not like that she stopped me outside to explain to me why they keep the doors lock. If you do not want me to let myself out to avoid people just walking in, then be at your post.

First of all if you come by before they open, you will see a ton of cars which are all employee cars. Yet you go inside and there are maybe a total of 3 people working. What does everyone else do all day??! I wish i could give this bank 0 stars. The wait time at the window is extremely long. They have 2 tellers total for the inside. 1 for the drive thru and the other for the inside. They have one ATM. Its outside on the far lane. All normal banks have one on the inside as well. Not here. If you are needing a loan or something that the tellers cant take care of, get ready to wait a very very long time. The person who sits in the office to the left when you first walks in is never busy. They just try to make it seem that way but when you walk by them they are quick to put their phone away. Stop worrying about your social media and worry more about helping people get in and out of this bank. Most of the time people leave because they have wasted so much time waiting. They built this bank and have so much extra room to put more offices. Did they? Nope. Just a bunch of extra room to walk around. Save yourself the time and headache and bank with another credit union. They should close this bank down. Then again it is Rosenberg so what do you expect. Just drive 20 minutes down the road to the one in Sugarland that is way better. Faster, real customer service and way shorter wait times on everything.

People are rude and slow in outside banking no professional at all

Recently went through the process of searching for a new vehicle, tried financing through the dealership and have never been more stressed out or annoyed. I have financed every other vehicle I’ve owned through HFCU and decided to go back that route. Our loan officer was Craig Kneisly and he was WONDERFUL. So, so helpful through the entire process. He made buying a new vehicle a rather fun experience! You can tell he loves doing what he can to help out his customers. So grateful I decided to go through HFCU for my auto loan and that Craig was available to help.

I always have a good experience at this location. It's a shared branch to my actual credit union, BCU/Baxter. All the staff has always been courteous, helpful and thorough. I had a check to cash that I got wet and they did all they can to get it scanned before telling me it wouldn't work. Just the fact that they tried, impressed me!

While HFCU services other credit unions as a convenience, they are too slow on handling basic transactions, especially via the drive through. They need to expedite the transactions so the customers can be on their way.

I was the only person at the drive through line and there was only 2 cars for inside bc i checked first. I waited over 15 mins to get help...that is beyond ridiculous!!!!

Making deposits usually goes well, anything else is very slow.
