I anxiously entered the home buying process in the end of February. Today is April 19th 2022, and I just closed on a house. I chose House Team Home Loans after reading the other 400 reviews. I can now confirm that all of those good reviews are 1000% true and correct. Jeremy is an extraordinary loan officer. To enter the home buying process this year as a first time home buyer, I expected it to be excruciating. But by making a right decision to go with Jeremy and his team, I walked through the whole process pain free. To cut a long story short, If you want to purchase your perfect dream home but don't want to go through the agonizing first time home buying process. You must go with House Team Home Loans and Jeremy House. Period.

This my second time using Jeremy and the House team for the lending process and I can't say enough about how wonderful he and his team are. Applying for a home loan can be tedious and nerve-wracking, but a great professional group makes all the difference in the world. Jeremy and his team are very prompt about contact back and forth, and very thorough about the information and documentation needed to get through the underwriting process smoothly. We were never left wondering when we'd get an update, never left waiting long for a response; he was on top of everything. He made sure every detail was covered so that we had ZERO snags through underwriting and closing. If you want a team that is passionate about treating the client with importance, and ensuring a trouble-free lending process, definitely choose Jeremy and the House Team. We are so thankful we did!!

This is my third time working with the HOUSE Team. Jeremy and Christine went above and beyond to help me with my refinance. They also helped me when I purchased the house! In January, we began trying to get approved to buy a house. We called Jeremy at the House Team/Prime Lending and he right away guided us to filling out an application online. What we loved about working with Jeremy was that he worked to get us pre-approved and fully underwritten before we even started looking for houses. He made sure that there would be nothing that would get in our way at closing. He is the only mortgage specialist that has ever done that for us. Jeremy and his team also worked fast to get us closed on our new home. Unlike many mortgage companies that I spoke with prior to contacting Jeremy he could actually get us approved and closed fast. I had other companies tell me it could take two months to get pre-approved because they were so backed up with the crazy market. Prior to meeting Jeremy and the House Team I was working with another company for 2-3 months without results. After I transferred to House Team I was able to get the house that I wanted, just before the Christmas Holiday, typically it would have taken 30 days to close but Jeremy was able to get everything done within 2 weeks and I was able to move in before Christmas. I am so happy I re-financed here!! I was nervous about the process and had reached out to a different Loan Officer who I didn’t feel comfortable with due to there responsiveness. This was our first home purchase and it was a easy and wonderful experience due to Pete and the house team. We’ve tried purchasing a home in the past and have run into road blocks with other lenders. Working with Pete at the HOUSE Team was phenomenal to say the least! We are self employed real estate investors and just moved to Arizona from South Dakota a couple years ago. When we first moved we had to put a substantial amount down and got a high adjustable rate mortgage with intentions of refinancing after we got more established in AZ. We had been searching for someone to refinance our home for over a year and were getting discouraged and almost ready to refinance with another adjustable rate, before we called the HOUSE Team and talked with Pete. On my initial phone call Pete answered and spent some time discussing what we were looking to accomplish as well as whether he thought he could help. He actually spent the time to dissect our tax returns and understand our file inside and out so he could talk knowledgeably to the underwriters about how our business works. Not only did he get us a 30 year fixed that was .25% less than anyone else was offering we were able to do a cash-out refinance. Tremendous props to Pete and his team to actually understand an individuals complicated file and go to bat for you in getting something done. Incredible going from some lenders looking at our file and saying we lose $53 a month or that only an ARM was available. I wont mention names, but there are a-lot of lenders that just push people through quickly and take the easy ones rather than doing whats best for their client like Pete did. I cant thank him enough or give him a review that will do justice for the amount of respect i have for him and his professionalism or his sheer knowledge of lending. Being in the real estate industry i really appreciate when you find a good lender like him. For anyone out there looking to refinance or purchase a home i highly recommend giving the HOUSE team a call. And for real estate agents wanting a lender that actually knows what he's doing and wont waste your time i wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks again Pete!

8/01/2020 - UPDATE: We just refinanced our house and nothing has changed with the House Team. Everything written below still stands. Can't recommend them enough. Wouldn't want to do business with anyone else when it comes to buying or refinancing a home. We have never had a better experience than we had working with Jeremy and his team. Once they started us through the process, we were updated every step of the way. They also did a fantastic job of coaching and educating us through the loan process. Usually transactions like these are tedious at best, with terrible communication along the way. Not so with the House Team. We will be recommending them to anyone starting down the path to purchasing an new home.

Update: I’ve left my original review below and am happy to say they are still a five star team! We’ve moved again and had the pleasure of working with Pete and his team once again for a refinance on one property and the purchase of another. The loans closed within days of one another in two different states. Pete and his team made this an absolutely seamless process. I highly recommend them for your financing needs! Due to work requirements we have moved over a dozen times. The majority of our moves have involved dealing with financing on new homes. This was the first time that process was completely stress free. Pete and his team were amazing to deal with. If you are looking for a truly knowledgeable and professional lending team then look no further.

The HOUSE Team, and Jeremy are fantastic to work with. We were already pre-approved and established through another big name bank. Out realtors suggested that I call Jeremy to compare costs and I am so glad we did. When looking to buy a home in Scottsdale, Jeremy and his team at Housed Home Loans came highly recommended from a dear friend of mine. I reached out to Jeremy and he quickly returned some estimates based on the initial numbers I gave him. The pre-approval process was quite easy thanks to their online document system to make it very easy to send them information, pay stubs, w2s, etc. I found the team to be very responsive and handled all of the details beautifully. We had a short, three-week closing period and they were very good at making sure I got the right paperwork in, including any addendums, updates, and conditions for the loan. In addition to Jeremy, I want to give special mention to Maria, Christine, and Alexa who communicated with me continuously throughout the process and made sure I had everything ready for the closing - getting the appraisal done, flood insurance, home insurance all setup and ready to go. I don't usually write review online but Jeremy went above and beyond for us that this feels like the least I could do to show my appreciation. To be completely honest, we went to other lenders to compare rate after Jeremy sent us our pre-qualification. Not only they offered us higher rate, they also tried to convince us that our income pre qualified for A LOT LESS than Jeremy offered and we would get in BIG trouble with the underwriter later. My realtor had his doubt too. So as first home buyers this year, we were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to buy a home in the Chandler-Gilbert area. However, Jeremy was so confident with his numbers after years of experience that we still decided to close with him. Not only we didn’t have any problem with the underwriting, we CLOSED ON TIME and now officially become homeowners. Our realtor gave Jeremy a big thumb up for his expertise. Other lenders still could not figure out how Jeremy did it. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. You might be missing out on a lot so definitely consider sending the House Team an email before you decide to go with another lender. Their response time was also the quickest I have seen so far too. They worked tirelessly for us (we even received emails late at night! This guy is always working!) and kept us on track for our loan! Wow! In an effort to refinance our home at the current interest rate, my husband did some research online and discovered The House Team. He said that it was evident from first entering their office that this was a very knowledgeable, professional and friendly team that would help us accomplish our goal of paying off our home. Jeremy and his team (Alyssa, Tonia, Alexa and all the others who worked behind the scenes) were absolutely amazing as they had to work against a very tight schedule due to some changes in the laws. But they all did it so professionally and proficiently! Every question and concern was always answered immediately. They provided great referrals when asked and were always there for us. I don't know where to begin in my review of Jeremy and his fantastic team, so I'll simply open with my feelings that this TEAM is outstanding and a great example of how efficient an organization can be if run with all parts owning his or her roles.
