Her patience, candor, work ethic, communication, and resources helped us navigate a complicated process in a short amount of time and left no doubt that we were in the best possible hands. Lori worked seamlessly with lenders, our realtor, and attorney to ensure the process went smooth. She also tirelessly fielded all of our questions about all our options along the way. I've worked with Mark at Horizon and his depth of knowledge of the lending industry makes me wonder why anyone would go anywhere else when shopping for a home. Also, why do people go to a real estate agent first? Get your money squared up, know what house you can afford, THEN go find a real estate agent/broker. Anyway - Horizon = Two thumbs up!
