Terrible company. They give a bad name to credit unions. Look for a better bank.

Gotten loans prior being member 10years Automatically taken out of disability. The loan was only 1000 Mever missed a payment. I dont have perfect credit but my loans were paid.

Been a member at this bank since 2016, just recently moved out of state and decided to leave my banking as is because I’ve been dealing with these guys for years. Been hung up on by their workers multiple times trying to get account resolutions. Close your account if you plan to move out of the area, it’s not worth the headaches

Staff need trained to be more personable with customers, specially because it is someone’s most prized possession they are dealing with: money. As far as benefits, you can get the same, if not more benefits (such as a sign on bonus; and actually qualifying for a loan) from a non-credit union bank. Whatever a credit union used to be- they no longer are. I’d look else where.

Very unprofessional service, was waiting for assistance and they helped the person that walked in 20 minutes after me. Will be opening an account somewhere else.

When I first read the reviews I was reluctant to give Horizon a try, however, So Very Glad I Did. Their employees are the most friendly and professional people to work with, and their customer service is a Plus 10. The Lock Haven Branch, and the Williamsport Branch have exhibited very caring, patient, attitudes. I now have 3 accounts w/them, and want the public to know if your looking for a reliable and great customer support Credit Union organization this should be your 1st choice.

We have been with horizon for like 10 years. Everytime we go in they are very friendly. In May of this year (2019) my husband and I were in a horrific accident and now we are handicapped and get around in scooters. Everytime we go there, they can see us coming and are waiting for us at the door to open it for us. I will never leave this bank. We love their service. Anytime we have a problem, they help us fix it in a friendly yet professional way. They know us by our names and always greet us with a smile. Great bank, great service!!!

I can't help but notice that all of these reviews are over a year old! This bank is terrible, they are not the slightest bit friendly and they almost never smile. It is like walking into a funeral. Terrible service, very rude and not customer friendly in the slightest. I definitely would reccomend you bank elsewhere especially if you are looking for a friendly atmosphere or great customer service. I have changed banks after being with Horizon for roughly 3 years, 3 years way too long.

Lady that handles loans is very unprofessional. Will be getting a new account somewhere else where customer service matters.

This bank is a joke not friendly at all if u got a throw them dont try for any more wont get it vary rude people and over charge for the loan u do have try to say your late when your not
