    I just moved to the area and haven't found a bank yet but when I am ready to open an account it won't be here. I needed a roll of quarters so I stopped by. First, I was the only one there, no one in line and no one at the teller but she made me wait five minutes while she was doing something. I asked to buy a roll of quarters and she asked if I had an account, I said no and she said sorry then no. I was surprised. I understand, they have the right to say no but it seems so petty. I roll of quarters to a bank has to be about the least amount of effort possible, they're a bank for Christ sake. But no, and she wasn't even nice about it, no "sorry we can't" just a curt no. I'm new here and over all the people seem nice, but not here. This won't be my bank.

We try also to explain when we are asked for coin purchases that due to a national coin shortage, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate requests currently as we have been having to limit our own customers with their coin requests.
