If I could give zero stars, I would, This place should not be a bank. I deposited a "large" amount of money via check via the mobile ap. I was told because it was a "large" amount that it would be held for 5 days. It is now 10 days later and I still don't have the money in my account. I contacted the company that distributed the check who in turn contacted the bank it was written from and they assured me the funds were sent. I called today--10 days later, and spoke with Promise who kept repeating the same thing, "I'm sorry ma'am, because it was a "large" deposit......" If you can't handle large amounts of money, you should NOT be a bank or handling anyone's money. I'm OUT.
