She helped make the entire home loan qualification experience easy, which can be quite overwhelming with the amount of paperwork that is required and gathered to process a loan. She walked me through the entire process with infinite patience and was always available to assist me with any questions I had through email, voice communication, text or just drop in the office to speak to her. She was on point the entire time from beginning to end so I never had to speak with other people and retell or bring someone else up to speed with my situation.
