Juan Carlos and his team are definitely the reason we have our home. They worked with our complicated situation- getting us financing with FHA and DPA, to close on a single family home in the crazy 2021 Seattle market. If there is problem children, it would definitely be us. From the start of the loan, during our loan signing, to post closing, I contacted Steven with questions. He was always readily available and willing to answer any/all questions I had. Most of our phone calls was easily over an hour, during weekends, which speaks volume about Steven. We inquired with four Lenders and Steven always came up on top. He would give his best opinion and confirm what indeed was true and false. He was accurate with estimates and held his word when there was clarifications he was working on. If you are looking for honesty or for someone to lookout for your best interest, Steven is your Lender! He has an amazing team behind him, who reach out to you with weekly updates.
