Builder set a 4-week timeline to close. HFG was able to get it all done a week before. Kept me informed the whole way. Overall a great experience and I'd use them again (but hope I don't have to get another mortgage anytime soon).

We were suppose to close friday at 3pm. The loan processor asked for additional information this morning, which we sent over immediately. At 2pm, an hour before the closing we received a call from our lender telling us we need more information and cannot close today. We asked what additional information they needed and they told us that they needed proof my husband was still in the military. We sent over this document previously, but we sent it again. And the lender told us if everything goes through we still had the chance of closing today. We sat at the attorneys office for 3 hours in hopes of hearing something from them. The lender and processor we were working with would tell the woman at the attorneys office some information that we were missing, and answered one of our calls to tell us we were missing an HOA dues statement, which we also sent over weeks prior. After this conversation, the lender or the processor would not take our calls or the attorneys calls. We did not hear back from them for three days, and when we did hear back we had to reach out to them!!

Communication was really really fast, any questions or concerns I would reach out with (no matter the time of day) I would receive a response in a matter of minutes. Cameron would always be available to explain the process or any concerns I had!
