John Lee and his team are great, amazing and so kind! They made the whole process so easy for us. From our conditional approval to our closing date was a very long process with a new construction project. The HFG team followed up the entire way through. We finally got our closing date set, which just happened to be through the holidays, and the HFG team made it happen with limited time. We will be back for the services in the future and happily recommend them to friends and family.

I'm a real estate broker and my son was the buyer in a recent transaction. We were very fortunate to have John Lee working with my son. He made the entire process feel easy. From day 1, John communicated with both Tyler and I, keeping us informed at all times. Tyler is 25 and this was his first time buying a home. John Lee was excellent at explaining the steps for him. The sellers needed court approval and therefore there were 2 extensions to the closing date and the whole process took 3.5 months to get to closing. Yet, John was always calm, patient and informed Tyler of his options for locking in rates etc. Oh and, by the way, the first lender Tyler checked in with, had stated everything looked great but as soon as we were under contract, they started to point out some obstacles. That's when we decided to check elsewhere. Marianna with Homeowners Financial Group set us up with John Lee. There were no obstacles and the experience couldn't have been better.
