I am very happy with the service at Homefinity. I worked with Steven Schlingman and Kendra Gibson as lending agent and processor respectively. They were prompt, professional, and courteous in their communications. They resolved all issues quickly and showed nothing less than outstanding customer service. Most of my experiences with lenders in the past has been less than pleasant; however, these two changed my perception of the mortgage industry. I believe that the mortgage industry could use more people like these two. I believe the two of them should be training future mortgage professionals on how to keep the customer happy, supported, and engaged during the lending process! I will keep Homefinity in mind for future business if they continue to retain outstanding professionals like these two.

We did our closing today and Ryan and his team helped closing the loan in 30 days. They are very professional and customer-oriented help you navigate the process in a seamless way through the loan process. Our experience with Jordan, Ryan, Heather and Wendy is awesome and we will recommend Homefinity to all prospective borrowers. Paul Berry was amazing to work with. This is the fourth home we have purchased and have had some very difficult dealings with other lenders in the past- sending messages that were ignored and having things drag on longer than they should have. Paul and his team were on top of everything! He quickly answered any and all of my questions and even through the holidays and a snow storm, we closed! Above and beyond all that, we got a great rate and our closing costs were lower than we anticipated. We felt Paul was really there for us and will definitely contact him when we purchase our next home.

This was our first time using this company, but what a great experience it was for us. Some Mortgage companies really struggle with customer service not Homefinity. Jon, Brent and Amber were great. Their follow up and follow through was fantastic. I highly recommend this company for your mortgage or refi. Also, I got 4 quotes and their quote was the best with the best rate by far. We had a great experience refinancing our home through Homefinity. We compared rates from a few different lenders, but Homefinity was by far the lowest. I love that almost everything could be done online. Our loan officer, Farhood Ezaz, made the process quick and easy. He was always available by phone if we had any questions and helped get us loan terms we were comfortable with. Farhood was very straightforward and didn't use any high pressure tactics, which is something I appreciated. From start to finish we closed in approximately 3 weeks. We are very happy with everything about our experience.

I cannot recommend James Repasky and his team enough. They went out of their way to make sure our process was a success, and made it as easy and smooth as possible. We have refinanced numerous times over the past few years, and this was by far the fastest closing! From start to finish we closed in about 2 weeks! Don Griffin was great! He explained everything clearly and was very personable - He may be our favorite loan agent that we have worked with! Other loan agents tend to do their sales pitch, and then push you off on underwriting and you barely hear from them again, but Don was continuously checking in with us through the whole process. We will definitely be checking in with him again in the future For any home financing needs.My only complaint would be we were not very impressed with the competency or friendliness if Advantage Title, which was the title company used for this specific transaction, but there is always the option to use a different title company which we will take advantage of in the future.

Dan Cook at Homefinity was amazing as he helped me attain a mortgage for my first home. I was nervous to utilize a mortgage company that was fully online, but my experience with Dan was a thousand times better than any of my prior experiences with a few local banks. He went above and beyond to research loan products for me to make sure I was getting the lowest rate and fees/PMI possible. He was always available to answer my millions of questions and I felt that he genuinely had my best interest in mind. It was an amazing experience working with Don Griffin of Homefinity for my refinance. I have been exploring my options with several lenders during this time and I must tell that Don was the only one who really stood by goals and helped me with the right approach and plan. All other lenders were merely after the business and they had no patience to answer questions. I was very pleased with the whole mortgage process from application to close.. The closing fees were better than other lenders could offer and my loan officer, Angela, couldn't have been better. We are an older couple with long experience with home mortgages and refinances, although this was our first with an online lender. Pleasantly surprised! Matt Evans and his Fairway Mortgage (Homefinity) team provided great support and guidance during a difficult VA refinance process. We particularly want to commend Matt for his prompt and clear responses when we had questions and for smoothing the way forward when there were delays in getting to closing. Katie Kain was also prompt and informative regarding paperwork submittals. The delays were mostly due to the local appraisals and underwriting, partly related to Covid, partly due to the inherent difficulties in dealing with the VA loan requirements, and partly due to our somewhat isolated rural location. Nevertheless, Matt and his team kept their commitments to loan rates and expenses in their initial disclosures, and we believe we got the best deal available at the time we started the process. We had Cindy Perverino We did two loans everything was smooth. She is very helpful and you call and ask her any questions. She is very professional but also very friendly. If Cindy doesn't have the answer she will find it for you. I really enjoyed working with her. We did two loans with her an investment property and the home we live in both closing were easy thanks to Cindy getting everything in order. If you do your part on your paperwork it is so much better, but Cindy will work you through it all. Thanks again Cindy.

In the process for an investment home loan. So far so good. I shopped 5 others, no one came close without paying a lot of buy down credits. Those that said they could match, were not willing to match the low rates. Let's see if they hold the rate and close without issues.
