Wish you could give them ZERO stars cuz thats what they deserve!! Been hell from time signed note in 2018. Payments were NEVER correct. Had to hire attorney to prove to them they were charging the wrong property tax. We were transferred to Freedom Mortgage in 2021. Homebridge is still reporting to our credit as delinquent in March 2022. The idiots dont even hold our loan how can thy till be reporting??? I am FURIOUS!!!!!

Jeff is cool but the rest of the company is shady as hell! MILITARY VETS STAY AWAY! I'm a vet. We decided to go with this company because we were told (by Jeff) that they keep their VA loans. Jeff was surprused and as offended as we were that our loan got sold. I chose Homebridge over USAA who I now regret not going with 100 percent. They sold our loan before our first mortgage was even due. What's worst they didn't even tell us of this until 3 days before the first payment was due. Lastly, they sold our loan to another company CENLAR who is probably the worst mortgage company in the country. Go ahead look up their reviews. I absolutely regret going with Homebridge even if we did get a preferred lender credit with them. Stay away people especially military vets!

We went with this company because they were the preferred lender. 2 weeks after a nightmare closing, they transferred our loan to Cenlar FSB who has the worst reviews! HOMEBRIDGE TOLD US THEY ALWAYS SERVICE THEIR OWN LOANS! I am going to file a complaint with BBB AND THE CONSUMER ADVOCACY GROUP! THIS IS OUTRIGHT FRAUD! BEWARE!

Justin Bunkis is the director of recruiting and should not be in this position. Very rude unorganized and plays games. Called me several times as if we never spoken and asked if I was interested in the same position I applied . He waited a year later to asked if I was still interested so I blocked him. He sounds if he was drunk or on some type of drug. I wouldn’t recommend this company as long as he is around.

Worst home buying experience ever. I have never seen such a disorganized company before. We only used the company because they paid closing cost through our builder but it still wasn’t worth the nightmare experience we had.

Thank you for not only making my home buying a complete nightmare, but for selling my mortgage to the 200+ 1-star review company called Cenlar FSB. I haven't even been in my home a full month yet. The whole process with this company is damn near unbearable, from start to finish.

My son used them to purchase his first home, It was the most un-organized place, nothing was handled as promised. I will let the realtor to NEVER refer anyone else again, and to pass along to other realtors to prevent anyone else from going through this trouble

If there could be half a star, that would be the best fit for this co. Worst experience buying my first home. Extremely disorganized, documents get lost and you have to be constantly resending documents. It has taken 7 months for to buy a home and still I got nothing to show for it. Please be advised..be careful where you put your energy

Got our mortgage through them because they were a preferred lender for the neighborhood we bought in and even though they specifically said at closing that they weren't going to sell our loan, they sold it before we even made our first payment. And of course they sold it to a company that has an awful website.
