Had a great experience working with David Mackey and his team. They explained things pretty well to us, who knew nothing about the whole process. The team is pretty well coordinated so if you can't get a hold of one person, another is there and in the know.

I am a local Realtor and I have been referring Bob Wilderotter for over 20 years! What sets Bob apart from most in his industry, is he has a true passion for the business and as a result, he has ample knowledge of the programs and what it takes to get his clients the appropriate financing. When I represent a seller and see Bob's name on a pre-approval letter, I am confident that they have been properly vetted and I can pass assurance to my clients that he will help the deal go smooth. Horrible experience as a first time home buyer using Homebridge. Purchased a Co-Op in NJ and unfortunately Homebridge was only one of two lenders accepted by the complex so I was stuck. I would not trust them they will give you a rate quote much lower to get you in the door - your actual rate when the loan is underwritten will be much higher. The start of the process was great but once it comes time to get into your loan the fees and lack of transparency are insane. $1300 loan application flat fee?? Come on now - that's before you even reach the lawyer fees. Come closing the law firm Homebridge had representing them did not allow my title company to be there and said they would send a closing agent - they never did and my closing lasted an hour and a half (unheard of) - best is they were threatening for more lawyer fees if the closing lasted longer than 2 hours. ALL I CAN SAY IS STAY AWAY!!!! Even both real estate agents, my lawyer, the sellers lawyer, and the Co-Op lawyer were amazed by how horrible the closing and whole process had been handled. Never even was offered a refund on the $500 fee I had to pay to their lawyer that messed up the whole closing.

I highly recommend Bob if you are thinking about purchasing a new home. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!

I went on recommendation to use Peter Scott as my mortgage lender and I'm happy I worked with him because he did a really outstanding job. He spent well over an hour with me going over financials, taking into account everything relevant to my situation - and he helped figure out how much I can comfortably afford; in the end he locked in a fantastic rate. Any time I had questions he made himself available and always ran numbers before giving answers -- needless to say - he's extremely thorough with the numbers and also a pleasure to work with. The process with Homebridge is also really nice -- I uploaded everything to their secure website and was able to sign everything electronically. The entier process was smooth and painless. Very happy I went with Peter / Homebridge and would absolutely work with him again.

Robert Wilderotter Will Work As Hard As You! I recently bought my first home and admittedly I could have driven everyone I worked with crazy. Bob Wilderotter of HomeBridge not only kept his calm, but he kept me calm. He was accessible and efficient leading up to my purchase, including indulging me on a few homes on which I submitted bids prior to finding the right house.
