Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. After our first house payment was drafted from the wrong account I called to have the issue resolved. I was left with nothing but attitude, customer service reps talking back with a tone I have never heard to be acceptable. Telling me multiple times I couldn't speak to anyone else or a supervisor "because he was telling me the correct information and they were just going to tell me the same thing". Another rep continued to push blame with attitude instead of resolving the issue. NOTHING was fixed after an hour and a half on the phone/hold and instead of being upset about the mistake made I am now furious about your company's customer service or lack of, and how they choose to handle/speak to customers. This company needs to reevaluate their customer service policies.

Joel and his team at HomeBridge were very polite and helpful every time I needed something or had a million questions. They were always prompt to answer emails or call me back. If I ever buy a new house, they will be my go to.

Sold our loan to Cenlar, who we have had to deal before and had no interest in dealing with again, before our first payment even though they specifically said they weren't going to.

Not a very dependable company. Run away as fast as you can. Just 2 days before my closing they backed out.

Chris and his whole team was wonderful. I was a first time home buyer they approved me with an FHA loan. I closed on my house 30 days from being approved! Home buying can be stressful with faxing paperwork. I had a great realtor Donald Talley (Metro Brokers Better homes and Garden). With Donald and Chris I m happy to say I would recommend all of them for all your home buying.experience! Love my house!

Now I can say it has been a great experience. As my first house I was really nervious for all the process and gathering the requirements, but the Homebridge team worked really hard to achieve it on time for closing. They are very diligent and able to respond professionally any inquiries
