Pablo and his whole team are wonderful people who are aimed at delivering top service to their clients. They were able to get us into a beautiful home with a very easy mortgage payment. Throughout the process of escrow they worked diligently to make sure our loan got approved in a timely fashion. They were able to get us an even lower interest rate from what they originally promised us back when they pre-qualified us for a loan. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, hence it was a breath of fresh air to have such an outstanding team behind us. I truly don't have enough kind words to say about these people. What a fantastic team!

Pablo and Mariana are professional and helpful. They guided us on how to better our credit in order to be approved for a house loan. They gave us options and solutions to problems that came up during closing. Pablo's team worked hard to speed up the purchase of my property and they made it easy to sign paperwork by email. worst place ever to go for a loan.... they respond late to messages and just because ur score is lower than what they want you to be at they just completely ignore you and don't offer any help to boost ur score because it don't benefit them in any type of way or just waste of time for them, when you've asked them repeatedly over and over what can I do to raise my score and no answer!

Would definitely recommend using Homebridge! Our loan officer Myra was so nice and helpful. She made our whole purchasing experience amazing. This was our first time purchasing a home and therefore did not know much about purchasing a home. She answered all our questions and even if we didn’t know what a word meant she would help us understand it. Myra was very knowledgeable and we were so lucky to have her as our loan officer. Thank you Homebridge and Myra for a wonderful experience.

Simply put, do not go. The staff couldn't have been any less helpful. Giving a rate much higher then competitors all while insisting they are the best. When I spoke with their agent their response to my telling them the interest rate they offered was way too high was "I've been doing this for over 30 years, I know what I talking about" all while interrupting me and hanging up the phone on me multiple times. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointed in their service. I suggest king's mortgage if you want a good rate and excellent service. They closed out our escrow earlier then anticipated even though we went with them a week after we went into escrow. Dont go to homebridge. Not worth your time or money by far!
