    My fiancé and I went with Homebridge after a recommendation by a friend who is well known in our area as a lender. We needed a rehab loan and they sent us to Chris Bartlett. Everyone made it seem we were behind in our process except for Chris. Low and behold we needed 2 extensions. Both our attorney and realtor had to keep after him. He never seemed on top of our file and not once did we ever receive a call from him updating us on our loan. We always had to call him. We ultimately lost this deal after wasting a month and half when finding a home before our wedding was important to us.
