Mr. Sharon and Ms. Sanders were very helpful in closing our loan. We were closing our loan during the COVID-19 pandemic, so as to be expected unfortunate events and delays did occur. Not only was COVID-19 in full swing, it was also prime buying season with historically low interest rates. Our loan was delayed about one week versus our expected closing date. Mr. Sharon and Ms. Sanders worked hard on our behalf to get the needed closing documents from the lender in CA. Once we closed Mr. Sharon offered to pay our early possession fees and also reimbursed us the fees to buy a point on our interest rate.
