Very unprofessional…… getting financed was no problem. It’s the customer service from the manager that’s a problem for me. Slams phone down after our conversation. No good bye, no thank you have a nice day. Nothing!!!!! I would not recommend this place of business to anyone!!!!!

Terrible customer service from the manager. I been out of work due to Covid and ask if we can push back the payment for 2 months so we won’t fall to far behind with non payments and late fees. The lady that answered the phone was nice and was asking all the right questions, when she ask her manager I could hear her saying so no no no we have to have a payment. And the lady that answered the phone suggested a deferral program for us and the manager got mad and said no and then they muted the phone so we can’t hear the conversation. Now we are currently on time with our payments and never been late and also had a previous loan from them that we paid off and never been late for. And they refuse to help or offer any suggestions. Do not come here for your loan. No matter how good of a payment history you might have, all they want is the next payment.

My experience has not been satisfying because I have paid 5 payments and they have not reported my on time payments once to the credit bureau and that's not acceptable because that's a very important part of why I got the loan to create a good payment history they gave me a excuse about it's been a hold up on my report beening reported in the system but that's not helping me I feel like if I pay you on time it should be recorded period

They have a new computer system and it is now working with Equafax .

These people are the worst kind I paid $7000 down on a $9500car in September and have since made all my payments I am not even 30 days late on Decembers payment (due to covid/Christmas and me being a single mom to 4 kids)and they told me I had to make 2 payments or my car would be picked up on a repossession mind you there is only one payment owed and the next one hasn't come due yet. These are the type of heartless greedy people that have put this world in the shape its in now smh they should be ashamed of themselves and not be able to sleep at night. Im willing to bet they claim to be Christians too 🤦‍♀️

Awesome group of ladies! Bought a car and they were so helpful, friendly and professional! Would highly recommend these awesome bunch of ladies!
