I was a first-time home buyer, relocating from another state, and knew very little about the home-buying process. I originally called Bank of Texas to help me with my loan, but was not getting timely responses, and the loan officer did not seem to have an interest in informing me of the differences between all the different loan types. My realtor recommended HNB, so I have them a call. Suzanne and her team were willing to break down differences of loans to me, replied almost immediately in all instances, as well as got me a way better deal on the loan itself. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.
