HiLo check Cashing Monaco St, Commerce City

Can't rate it 0 stars or else I would have... Absolutely terrible customer service... Came in to cash my check and the lady helping me was cut off by "Mr Mike" who asked to bring the check stub or else I couldn't cash it. Brought the check stub in and even then he still wouldn't cash it making up excuses saying it was first time I cashed there and he did not know the company so he couldn't cash it.. even gave him a business card nd told him he could contact my supervisor who had gave me that check nd he refused..which I don't understand why I had my valid ID I even had two forms of identification and my social card as well. He asked for the stub which I had to go home and get even then still refused which honestly made me think he was just being racist with me ... Le recomiendo evitar este lugar para evitar un PESIMO servicio Al cliente y no se diga asta medio racistas... No se cual fue la razon por cual no me feriaron El cheke pero NO Les recomiendo Este Lugar.......

Iv been going here for years they have always been outstanding from service to how they treated me they have been around for years and there is a reason why customer service

called mike he said come by and when i got there he denied cashing my 100 dollar payroll check because the number on the check didnt answer his phone ca than he proceeded to waste my time over a tiny check

So many homeless ppl camping in the parking lot!! Someone needs to fix it!!!!

They have requirements, nothing drastically. I always cash my check here. The younger staff hardly smiles.

Manger was disgusting and rude and talks wild to people and should get checked for it
