I am a realtor that has referred a few clients to the folks over at Hill Mortgage and myself as well as my clients have all had great experiences! One home (working with the buyer) the appraisal report was back in within a few hours after. The team hustles to get the deal done quickly. I like that there was only one point of contact throughout the whole process and Hill didn't ask me to download an app or create an account to track the loan process. Responses and communication were genuine and personal instead of scripted (IYKYK). Laura Peters is awesome. 5 stars all day.

Delanie was an absolute wonder to work with. Not only he is extremely accommodating and patient, he also takes the time to explain everything. Delanie helped us during several months until we found our perfect place and helped us estimate where our payments would end using different scenarios.
