Jennifer, Geneva and their team did an OUTSTANDING job of keeping us in the loop as the mortgage process moved along. They were VERY RESPONSIVE and were clear in their communications. Not only did Erica keep us updated on the progress of the loan, but also, she answered all of our questions outside of her standard loan progress updates.
