From the time I made the call to inquire on rates to the final closing, I have been impressed with Ashby in guiding us through each step. We were provided with accurate timely information. We received a great rate, that beat all other companies nationwide. I did not expect the rate to be this great when other large companies did not go lower. He responded quickly and in detail to all our questions. Clear instructions and documentation with security considerations. At the title company the attorney had great things to say about Ashby, a sign of great reputation in the market. Great experience working with them.
