We used High Quality Mortgage for my sons first time home purchase. The sellers wanted a quick closing and Joe was able to make it happen. We appreciate all the time, effort, support, guidance and patience that Joe and his fellow coworkers gave us. They made themselves available for any and all of our questions by phone, text or email and never made us feel unimportant. Would highly recommend this company.

I can't begin to thank them enough for all the help they provided me and my wife on getting the loan for our house. I’ve heard and read many times over real estate experts preach about the importance of having a “team” in real estate. My wife and I didn’t fully appreciate what that meant until we completed our second home purchase with Julian and HQM. We stayed in touch with Julian after our first refinancing and the rapport we maintained made it easy for Julian to come up with the right strategy and execution when it came time to purchasing our second home. Julian was an integral part of every decision we made from being a sounding board while we thought through our offer, the down payment scenarios, and the implications of waiving appraisal and how that would impact our down payment. Dan and his team were nothing short of amazing throughout this whole process. He worked not only with my current situation, but made sure to put me on the right path to execute my vision for a future cash out refi. When I was first referred to Dan by a friend, I had just come off a bitter fallout with a large well known mortgage company who dropped the ball multiple times. Rarely did i deal with same individual. HQ mortgage was night and day compared to the other company. Dan personally guided us through the whole process and everything but the appraisal and final closing was done online. Dan ran me through a credit calculator and told me EXACTLY what to do to fix my credit to get approved. Although i wouldn't fully believe it till i actually closed (im one of those people), we DID close and I couldn't thank Dan & HQ mortgage enough. Will be using for second refi, highly recommended these guys!!!

To start off, my wife and I are first time buyers, so we really didn’t understand much. HQM was so professional and caring throughout the entire process. Joe, Rick and the team were available to speak whenever I needed explanations of what exactly we were looking at, sometimes it’s a lot especially when dealing with so many different documents. Never was there a moment where I didn’t get a call or text back (I’m not one to be patient!) so this was really helpful. I’m glad we were connected to them, as I wouldn’t have asked for a better working relationship. They went above and beyond to do their due diligence, we are so happy with the end results. We were in the process of purchasing our home at the end of 2021 and were concerned we would not be able to close on time to move out of our current rental. Michael Abrams was our loan officer. He handled my mothers purchase from A-Z and made the process pretty seamless. His initial consult was extremely thorough and that removed the million phone calls you get from other brokers. I used some of the larger firms in the past and and I felt like a circus animal with all the hoops I had to jump through and the ridiculous requests. Save yourself the aggravation and call Mike and request Nick Snow to do the processing; You'll have a similar experience. Mom calls them a modern day Batman and Robin for mortgages.
