The employees are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone I have dealt with there has went above and beyond with their customer service even though I'm not a member. If I ever decide to change credit unions I would choose this oe

I had 2 loans with them. One being a car loan. My car got totaled out and was paid off by insurance. Pay off amount was given to insurance for a 10 day pay off. Insurance paid that amount and car should have been paid off but NO. Agreeing that this was THEIR mistake.. they refused yo resolve the debt of $29.66. Now given the interest they have already collected from this loan to begin with at 11.95% and then have already cashed the check for pay off and still can't fix their OWN mistake of $29.66? This is absolutely ridiculous!
