We had an awesome experience opening our account today. The process was easy and our member rep. was hands down the best person we have ever worked with. Tresney Lester was helpful and easy to talk to. She made us feel welcomed and that we has made the right choice! Thank you for all your help.

Not a bad bank overall just some of their practices seem to be outdated. They take way to long to deposit checks then tend to want to hold them even if it's a regular monthly deposit.I had to reschedule surgery cause they wouldn't even release part of a check because of the size of it. Then the following week I'm trying to do the same thing and there's no real concern just said call back after 3 tomorrow and we might be able to release it. That's damn near the whole day what's the real point in that if I'm telling you how important it is to keep from having to reschedule my surgery. They want you to come to them because they help everyone but here I am waiting. I totally get procedure and practices but, I feel this is a call someone could actually step up and assist me with due to the circumstances.

This bank deserves more then 5stars there the best.. This bank really does make you feel at home when you walk in the door. Every single person that works in here is very sweet with positive attitudes. very great Customer Service. This Bank help me when everyone else turned me down. And I would like to thank everyone at this credit union

I visited the location on June 4th to open a checking account for my son. We were immediately greeted at the door with a friendly smile. We were directed to Tresney Lester who was more than willing to help. Tresney was very knowledgeable and had an overall awesome energy. She was able to make my son feel comfortable as this was his first banking experience.

Excellent financial institution! It's right in my neighborhood I lve the people and access and they cater to everyone! The only thing is the ATM fees are expensive and cash deposits or any kind of deposits are not convenient when the bank is close cause you can't use the ATM! BUT I REALLY like that they are helpful and they really try working with you to help you financially!❤🤑🏛
