Real people treating you like real people. Been reading recently about how fifth third is closing 44 or so branches - due to "changing customer needs". No kidding they have rotten customer service in my opinion anrtedd since I am very vocal about it I have found that many many people feel the same way. I have been with Heritage for several years now and am staying where I am. Started an account with fifth third in the amount of 45k and the branch manager wanted to chg me 9 bucks for a 2k cashiers check. Threatened to call the police on me if I ever came back on bank property after she told me she would waive the fee and then decided she didn't want to. Pardon but I have been waiting for a year to find the opportunity to tell this True story.

Someone tried to transfer money from my account to double Bay Australia like five times they caught it and took care of it they canceled my card they called me I talked to the lady named Nikki and we got my new card setup got everything taken care of very next day when I went to the bank they said someone was trying to do the same thing cinnamon to Arizona for the same amount thank you guys at Heritage Federal Credit Union you made my day

The bank it’s self is awesome and I have been with them every since I started a bank account. Only thing is the first ave one needs a way bigger building or atleast drive through atleast another line or two atms or something

The tellers are always friendly and polite. I've been banking with heritage for some time now and their staff is always very helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After purchasing a vehicle they decided to change the CONTRACT to their liking. As normal I made my payments but after a few moths noticed a discrepancy. I brought it to their attention, I show them the SIGNED contract. Talking with several people at this establishment I'm told there is nothing they can do unless I have my credit pulled and re apply with no guarantee of them being able to fix their mistake. I guess that mean i can just pencil in what to change the payment to since in Heritages eye a contract is not worth the paper it is printed on.

Always inconvenient due to long long wait times. Sitting out in the street before you even get into the actual driveway. Saturdays is by far the worst. All most of us want is the ATM 🤔

I'm relatively new to this Credit Union and a small business. My only complaint is they make me feel like a criminal when I deposit large customers check. They say they are checking on fraud. I'm not a fraudster.

Great staff always helpful and remember me when I come in. I had trouble getting a checking account everywhere else but they gave me a chance. Will never use another bank besides them.

This is my bank has been for years. They are great folks that treat you rite.
