Heritage Credit Union S Avon Ave, Phillips

I've been very satisfied until they stopped sending me paper statements via the mail. I never opted for this. They now tell me that if I want the paper statements they never did send it will cost me $5.00 each. Someone changed my option and it wasn't me. I've asked several times and the last message sounded like too many steps and $5.00 each. I'm looking for a new bank. They won't bend at all. I want to say that the girls at the drive thru have been wonderful.

They made a mistake when they opened our accounts. We called and questioned it early on but they said everything was ok. The mistake cost us hundreds of dollars. They were not willing to correct their mistake. We are taking all our business somewhere else.

We have been treated so well from the first person that said hello to the lady that opened our account to the tellers and most important the young lady who does the loans. Naomi...such a fantastic person to work with from start to finish! This is the best place to do your banking anywhere! We currently live in another town but we still bank at The Phillips branch. Nobody compares to how well we are treated in person or on the phone. Well done ladies!!!

I was treated very well on the phone by the staff at Phillips...so..I did not want to give a negative rating, however,...I am trying to open a joint checking account with my daughter....even though I do have my personal checking and savings account already....and your web site will NOT let me...that is my problem.....I was suppose to get a call back yesterday afternoon.....and didn't and now at 935 am this morning...I still haven't heard. Thank you for your attention on this matter.

WOW is the way you start your day what ever time it is. They are so awesome. The branch Manager Brenda V is always saying hello as you are headed to the tellers. The tellers make the next part so easy. Always everyone has a smile and something nice to say to you. The loan officer says hello as she passes you doing her job. Then finally the last one has her office near the door always a friendly smile and a wave. Boy I will never change my banking to other place as long as I live.

I enjoy seeing the employees when I come to the credit union. They are all very friendly and helpful. When my dad died and I handled the estate, the women at HCU were very patient and kind,, explaining things to me and helping me to manage/close out his accounts. Thank you HCU Phillips!

Awesome and friendly people in the Phillips branch never had an a bad experience with them I would recommend them to anyone

I signed up for external transfers and found the person who helped me learn more about it very helpful. The request is in process and I will certainly return again when I have a similar problem. Thank you Sarah for your assistance. GV
